In order to meet the requirements of the injection molding process on the mold temperature, the temperature control system is required to schedule the mold temperature. With regard to the injection mold for thermoplastics, the first intention is to plan a cooling system to cool the mold.
The common method of mold cooling is to set up a cooling water channel in the mold and use circulating cooling water to take away the heat of the mold; in addition to the hot water or steam in the cooling water channel, the heating element can also be installed inside and around the mold.

2. Temperature: the temperature at the top of the bottle billet (the bottom of the bottle, at the gate) should not be too high as far as possible.
If the temperature is too high, the bottom of the bottle can not bear the impact of the tension rod, there will be a direct breakdown of the bottom of the bottle, or priority stretching, expansion of the soft part, the bottom of the bottle will be thinner than the bottle body, or directly blown out and so on!
